Born in DC and raised in the city's Maryland suburbs, Kelela was the only child of Ethiopian parents who had emigrated to the US in the 1970s. Kelela has made lots of noise with her mixtape Cut 4 Me. Now her Fade to Mind and Night Slugs family releases the deluxe edition of Cut 4 Me Deluxe version on 3LP/2CD.
